Chef Koz’ Crescent City Kitchen

Flat Iron Catering Company was founded in 2010 as a side project of the Orchard Street Chop Shop in Dover, NH. Chef Chris “Koz” Kozlowski started this at the request of some of his diners to put his world-class food on their tables away from the restaurant. We now specialize in authentic Cajun, Creole and Caribbean cuisine. Food Trucks for CASA is excited to welcome “Koz” and his crew to our inaugural event, and you will be too!

About Koz

“Koz” is the brains behind Flat Iron Catering Company and Chef Koz’s Crescent City Kitchen. He was the former chef/owner of Crescent City Bistro & Rum Bar and Orchard Street Chop Shop, both in Dover, NH. CCB served authentic New Orleans Cajun/Creole food and Orchard Street Chop Shop was northern New England’s first prime steakhouse. Many food writers and trade organizations touted Chef Koz’s two establishments as the leading restaurants on the Seacoast. Wine Spectator bestowed their coveted “Award of Excellence” on the two restaurants for having the greatest wine lists in the world. Koz will be featuring gumbo, jambalaya, seafood tacos, and more Cajun delights!
