FAQs

Is this an event for the whole family?
Yes! We will have terrific food and beers (21 and older with valid ID), and there will be something for the whole family to eat – including dessert. There will also be top-notch entertainment and activities all ages will enjoy, including a face painter for an additional fee. Kids 12 and under are free.

Speaking of family… Do I have to buy tickets for my kids?
If they’re 12 and under, nope. We’ve got you covered.

I want everything… How do I make sure everything is available?
Get there early. The trucks will be ready to rock and roll when gates open:)

What about my dog? Can I bring him?
We love dogs – but unfortunately, we can’t accommodate your furry friends at this event. Service animals are welcome, however.

Can I purchase tickets at the event?
Yep, they’re $5 at the door.

I bought a package that includes a beer/dessert, what now?
When you arrive, we will scan you in and give you tickets for your other stuff. Use those as you wish.

Does my ticket include food?
Ticket includes admission only (unless you purchase a ticket package) and a portion of all proceeds will be donated back to the Special Olympics of New Hampshire.

Do you take credit cards?
It is up to the food trucks as to whether they accept credit cards. We strongly recommend bringing cash – many vendors prefer it for quicker transactions.

We are also taking credit cards at the beer tent as well as at the gate. A fee of $1.00 will be charged for all credit card transactions.

How does this benefit Special Olympics of New Hampshire?
A portion of the proceeds generated from the event will help Special Olympics of New Hampshire with costs related to their winter sports programs.

Can I bring weapons?
Weapons are not permitted at McIntyre Ski Area.

Where do I park?
McIntyre Ski Area has parking available, so you’ll have a place to put your ride. Just make sure you behave responsibly and appoint a designated driver if you need one.

If their lot fills up, many of the surrounding streets are a no-parking zone. Please be courteous of McIntyre’s neighbors when you’re parking.

You may also park in the lower lots at the Manchester VA, or park at Smyth Rd. School, located just east of McIntyre. Their parking lot may be accessed from the access road in the McIntyre parking lot.
